Things like content structure, engagement tools, or integration with other systems – share what helped you keep users coming back and seeing real value.
Start with learner personas. We created separate learning tracks for customers, partners, and internal teams. It helped us tailor content more effectively to each group.
For example, customers get quick-start guides, while partners dive into advanced integrations – kept everyone engaged without irrelevant stuff.
