If possible, spin up a separate training portal instance. It keeps everything clean and audit-ready.
Easier to control without mixing with full employees.

Auto-expiry rules were essential. Contractors get 60-day access, and the system deactivates them automatically unless extended.
Prevents lingering accounts and security risks.
