Struggling to get our LMS to integrate properly with HR tools – data doesn’t sync right, lots of manual entry. This is slowing user management and reporting for our company training.
How have ya fixed integration issues, or what platforms handle syncs better out of the box? Looking for no-code options if possible.

Bad integrations wasted our time til we got a platform with built-in HR sync – no code, auto updates users and roles. Made everything flow smooth. We map fields once, and it handles the rest daily.
Native is best – Zapier can break with updates. Look for LMS with good API docs too.
@Rohan_P, does it work with Salesforce HR? We use that for employee data.
Yeah, Zapier adds costs. Anyone got native integrations working well? Ours failed on custom fields.
We used Zapier as a bridge, but it’s extra cost and setup. Works for basics, but not ideal for large data.
Spotty syncs are common. What HR tool ya trying to connect? We had issues with Workday at first.
